68th Republic Day was celebrated at Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar with great aplomb and patriotic zeal. The auspicious celebrations commenced with Deep Prajwalan, Deep Mantra and Saraswati Vandana praying for the welfare and enlightenment of the humanity. The whole campus adorned with Tricolor lent an air of unity and integrity. Honourable member of BVM Trust,Sh. Manmohan Bamba ji, escorted by the Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi and Vice Principal Mrs. Navita Seth hoisted the national pride, our Tricolor. It was followed by the pledge taken by the B.V.M. staff to serve their motherland with selfless dedication and contribution. Mrs. Monica Chaudhary (teacher) in her address touched the vital issue of the ‘Role of Nation Builders in Nation Building’. Highlighting the significance of the day she also paid a tribute to the sacrifices made by dauntless Indian forces.
Sh. Manmohan Bamba ji infused a new energy among the teachers by citing the precedents of great guru shishya Sh. Ram Krishna Paramhans and Swami Vivekananda. He also exhorted the teachers to educate the under privileged to build a strong nation. The celebrations culminated with Vande Matram.
